I agree Florah - running a business and working for someone are 2 completely different things. However, self-management is an important aspect that each of us need to master - not only to better ourselves, but to reach our goals and objectives!

Yah that it's true bcoz running ur own business is totally different from working for somebody, where u always need to be guided on the go ahead.
